From the moment we arrived at the Savannah Bed & Breakfast Inn, we were transported back in time to a charming 19th-century private home. the suite we stayed in was a delightful blend of historic elegance and modern comforts, with creaky 1850's floors adding to its character. the access to the gardens and courtyard provided a peaceful retreat in the heart of the bustling city. The staff at the inn were warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Laurie and Tim were particularly helpful, offering tips on parking and directions with a smile. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread - from eggs cooked to perfection to homemade biscuits, every bite was a treat for the taste buds. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, where we indulged in freshly baked treats and tea in a cozy setting. the courtyard and veranda were perfect spots to unwind and mingle with other guests, creating a sense of community that made our stay even more special. the blend of old-world charm, southern hospitality, and modern amenities made it a truly unforgettable visit. We can't wait to return and create more memories in this historical gem.
